My mission focuses on gaining strength in one’s life.
My mission in therapy is to support others recognize the strengths within themselves, to overcome their emotional struggles, and to grow healthy in their relationships with others.
Therapy is about becoming complete in who you are.
Hopefully, each client will learn new ways of seeing themselves in a more positive way and increase their coping skills and abilities to handle anxiety, trauma, stress, etc.
Overall, my style of therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I like being eclectic and use other therapies such Psychoanalytic, Gestalt, and Family Systems.
Supporting people identify the things that will make them successful emotionally, spiritually, and holisticly is my primary focus.
Openness is your key to effective therapy.
Clients should be open to learning more about themselves, how they emotionally function, and how they respond to life crises. Your being open and being willing to have honest communication is one of the key strategies to resolve inner conflicts and improve relationships.
Don’t stay in the past.
Together, we will venture to your past and gain a better understanding. However, we won’t stay there. We will use the information learned to better understand our present and make positive and productive changes for the future.
