Breanna Hollie, MSW, LCSW

My mission is one of empowerment and celebration.

I work with my clients to identify and create their goals, acknowledge barriers, and eliminate challenges that impede their progress.

They will receive support in developing a healthy, harmonious relationship with themselves and with others in their circle.

In our work together, my clients will increase their confidence and self-awareness.

As their therapist and coach, my mission is to empower and support them overcome their daily struggles and align with their heart’s desires.

I challenge them to celebrate all that they are!

Therapy is a partnership leading to recovery.

My experience as a therapist is wide-ranging and includes addressing several mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and personal growth.

My passion is empowering my clients to see their strengths and their ability to handle different stages of their lives.

Therapy is a partnership that allows the client and therapist to develop a therapeutic relationship. To me, therapy should be a place where clients can be comfortable to be themselves and come as they are.

Trust and hope lead to productive sessions.

An open mind and a listening heart are important starting points. The ability to trust in the process and have hope in the future is ingredients for a successful and productive session.

I don’t take myself too seriously.

I am a strong believer in the power of having a sense of humor and giggling through life’s adventures.

Here are my credentials.

My Master’s degree in Social Work was obtained from Dominican University in 2014. Before this, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have spent most of my career in nonprofits while working virtually in every position including clinical case manager, care coordinator, therapist, and supervisor of programs for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

An interesting thing about me is…

…that I love country music and have a fear of worms. I am a huge Chicago Bulls fan (win or lose!); fur mama to two beautiful dogs, Blueberry and Maisy; and believe in eating a handful of M&Ms every day!

My favorite saying is…

Don’t define yourself by others’ boundaries. Celebrate all that you are, all that you have been, and all that you will be!
