What You Need to Get Started With Telehealth Therapy

For you to take advantage of Mindful Wellness Counseling’s Virtual Counseling services, you don’t need a lot of fancy or high-tech equipment. All that is required is a simple smartphone or a computer. Whichever option is available for you to use, just make sure it’s charged up and ready to go! Here are some other basic requirements:

  • An area of your home or location that is free of distractions, allowing you to focus

I’m stuck at home with my family with no quiet place to have therapy. What should I do?

It can be difficult to find a quiet spot, especially when you have a family that is regularly present. Many of our clients find that going to their car is a viable solution if that is available to you.

I work long hours and have my children immediately when I get off work. Can I still use telehealth?

Mindful Wellness Counseling offers telehealth therapy sessions at non-traditional times to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules! Most days, we have a therapist available from 9 am to 9 pm.

Is it easy to set up a telehealth session?
