The pressure to hold it together, provide, stay strong, and keep moving can leave very little room to talk about what is actually going on inside. Stress builds. Relationships strain. Sleep gets worse. The things that used to feel manageable start to feel like too much. And still, most men push through without saying a word, because that is what they have always done.
